Inside Sales Representative
JOB SUMMARY The Inside Sales Representative is an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads, and converting them into satisfied customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a desire to contribute to our company's growth.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Outbound Sales Calls:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Lakeside Pro Services and our range of services in irrigation, plumbing, lawn care, and home remodeling.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, online research, and networking.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow up diligently to convert leads into sales.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate their benefits and address client inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position Lakeside Pro Services as a leader in the market.
CRM Management:
- Record and track all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and discuss strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Will follow the company SOP Playbook and Employee Handbook
- Other Duties as Assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the home services or construction industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve client issues.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Aspire, Service Titan).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Familiarity with competitive pricing analysis and market research techniques.
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and practices.

- Weekly Report
- Weekly/Biweekly 1 on 1 with Client Success Manager – L10
- Weekly huddles
- Proper management of your time, calendars, and commitments
TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS
WORKWEEK
- A typical work week is eight (10) hour days, five (5) days per week.
- Extended hours may be required during peak periods.
