We are preparing for the upcoming winter season and hiring dependable Team Members to run Front End Loaders, SDLG, Case, & Bobcats. ***Servicing all of Metro Detroit***
Heavy Equipment Operators (Front End Loaders, SDLG, Case, & Bobcats) - $23/hr - $27/hr depending on experience. Minimum 3+ years commercial operator experience preferred; driver's license required (no CDL required)
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Be on call 24/7 (including nights, weekends and holidays)
- Respond promptly to text messages/phone calls when on call
- Ability to work extended periods of time (shifts vary dependent on snowstorm)
- Ability to work in extreme cold, snow, sleet and darkness
- Safely operate equipment representing Lucia Landscaping in a professional manner
- Dependable Team Member
- Perform quality work
- One Team attitude – maintain a contagious attitude and willing to assist other workers as needed
