Position Overview: The Landscape Sales and Account Manager is responsible for promoting sales from new leads and existing clientele with a focus in landscaping maintenance and property enhancements. In addition, this position is responsible for account management of residential properties to ensure satisfactory quality control and client retention.

Description of Responsibilities: The Landscape Sales and Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Generating and developing new leads, cultivating sales rapport with existing clients, and make recommendations for property beautification
Prospect new leads through cold calling and geographic location campaigns
Communicating with leads and clients in person, over the phone, and email regarding new and outstanding work that has been requested
Scheduling and attending appointments with lead/client to determine property needs
Electronically create both fixed pricing estimates and time and material estimates to send to lead/client
Scheduling accepted estimates and preparing work orders for assigned team, both physical and electronic
Perform routine site visits to ensure employee/team productivity and performance, gauge quality standards of work are being met, and ensure client satisfaction
Verifying information on work orders to ensure accuracy and team efficiencies
Aid sales team in quoting snow and ice management services for residential leads/clients of Lucia Landscaping Inc.
Develop long-term relationships with client-base to drive revenue and retention
Proactively manage client property portfolio by identifying concerns and areas for improvement
Responsible for scheduling site walk-throughs to evaluate the property and provide quarterly analysis of property to the client
Utilize CRM system to organize sales pipeline, client information and to gauge sales performance, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements: The Landscape Sales and Account Manager should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

Minimum 3 years field experience in landscape maintenance services; required
Minimum 3 years sales experience; required
Knowledge of landscaping best demonstrated practices, maintenance techniques, plant and landscape materials identification; minimum three years, required
Demonstrated knowledge of sales, CRM systems, estimate writing, and use of technology aid; required
Valid Driver’s License, in good standing, and clean driving record; required
Chauffeur’s/CDL with DOT Card; preferred
Be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run; required
Strong ability to multi-task, stay organized, and communicate effectively; required
Positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times; required
Ambitious, self-motivated and a people person; required
